Meet Anne Colleen Sample.
Q: What High School do you attend?
Please tell us about your current plans after high school and what inspired you to choose this path? Attend Augusts University to study nursing. I was inspired to become a pediatric nurse because I love helping people and taking of children.
Please tell us a little bit about your family. My parents are Beth and John Sample. I have an older brother named Jackson and sister Christina plus a niece Lina. We are very close to my Aunt Angie and Uncle Sas plus my cousins Reatha Joseph Maggie and Nicole.
Q: What are couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
A: Toki, Olive Garden and Chick fil- A.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
A: That’s a hard question. I’ve meet a lot of interesting people. Jay Jefferies the Weatherman is one of my favorites.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: Europe it seems so exciting and has so many different cultures.
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
A: I have tons of favorite movies of different types. I love comedies dramas and love stories. Criminal Minds is my favorite TV show.
Q: What’s the best advice you ever received from a teacher? Who was the teacher?
A: To never give up that I can do anything. The teacher is my mom. She teaches at Evans.
Q: What is your go to band / singer when you cant decide what to listen to?
A: Black Bear.
Q: If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
A: Shane Dawson, he is my favorite YouTuber. We would go to Toki.
Q: What is your favorite thing about our community?
A: Being able to hang out at Lady A with my friends.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
A: Working as a pediatric nurse at AU Children’s Hospital.
Q: What show are you binge-watching right now?
A: Glee and Criminal Minds.
Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
A: December, Christmas, and November 14th, my birthday.
Q: Who inspires you to be better?
A: My mom.
Q: If you could go back over your entire school career, what is one thing you would do differently?
A: Value friendships more.
Q: Who or what do you miss the most right now?
A: My friends and ending the year as a Senior.
Q: What’s the first thing you want to do when this quarantine is over?
A: Hang out with my friends at Target.
